Return & Exchange Policy

ALIKSAR has a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us for exchange:

  • Is in its original packaging
  • The seal of each product must be intact
  • The packaging of the product has not been tampered with

This is how you can exchange a product:

  • Call ALIKSAR Customer Service on +92 342 666 777 2 or e-mail us at sales@aliksar.com and request an exchange.
  • Explain the reason in detail for claiming the exchange.
  • Send the product back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:

Once approved, we will send your selected replacement in exchange to your provided address. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest.

The cancellation depends on whether your parcel has been already shipped or not at the time of your request. Mostly, the parcels are dispatched within one business day so it is very important that you inform us immediately.
